We offer almost all payment methods. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout of your order. On our page Safe payment at Ventilationland you can see which payment methods are available on our website.
You can buy your order from us on account and pay afterwards. This is subject to a number of conditions, including a credit check.
It is possible that your order has not yet been processed. This process may take several hours in extreme cases. Also, always check your junk mail folder. It is also possible that an incorrect e-mail address has been provided. Still haven't received a confirmation after several hours? Contact us.
There may be an outage at the particular payment service you want to pay for the order with. In that case, please contact us.
Would you like to pay for your order via another payment method, but can't? Then please check that all details are correct, for example from your Credit Card.
The coupon code/discount code can be added to the shopping basket. The "Add coupon code" button is located below the items in your shopping basket. The discount will be calculated automatically once you have entered a valid coupon code.
Your invoice can be found in the email we sent you. Do you have a personal account? Then you can see your invoices in your personal account, under the heading 'orders and invoices'. We only send your invoice once your order has been shipped.
The reason for this may be that an incorrect e-mail address was provided with the order. It is also possible that the payment link ended up in your spam folder (junk mail). Is this not the case in both cases? Contact us.
After every order, we automatically send you an invoice. If the order has already been paid for, the invoice serves as your receipt. When we ship your order, we also automatically send an invoice to the e-mail address you provide.
No, it is not possible to pay at our location.
