Conical filters for exhaust valve
The G4 cone filter set consists of 5 filters. On this page you will find cone filters in different sizes. The size of the filter is the same size as your exhaust valve. These high quality filters can easily be placed on the exhaust valve, this ensures that no dust and dirt gets into the exhaust and the ventilation motor. This way the ventilation system is easy to keep clean.
What are cone filters?
Conical filters are filters with a conical shape that you can place on the exhaust valve. These filters make sure that no dirt gets into the duct and into the motor of your ventilator. Therefore, they are also called valve filters or channel filters. This way, it is very easy and less time-consuming to keep the ventilation system clean. Replace these filters at least every year for optimal operation of the filters and the ventilation system, also think about cleaning the valves. Can't find the right filter? Then please contact us.
How do I install the cone filter?
Installing a cone filter is very easy. Take the valve out of the housing and mark the position on the inside of the valve with a waterproof pen. Valves are often set in a certain way; it is important that they remain in the same position for optimum system operation. We recommend that you clean the valve thoroughly at this point. Then slide the valve filter over the back of the valve. After this, replace the valve with filter in the ventilation duct.
Nieuwe regelgeving WTW-filters: ISO16890
Filterklasse | ISO Coarse | ISO ePM10 | ISO ePM2,5 | ISO ePM1 |
G3 | > 45 % | - | - | - |
G4 | > 90 % | - | - | - |
M5 | > 95 % | > 50 % | - | - |
