You can choose between uninsulated and insulated (acoustic or thermal) versions. You can easily cut or trim each ventilation hose to size yourself. A thermally insulated ventilation hose prevents the formation of condensation and is often chosen for the intake and exhaust of a heat exchanger. An acoustically insulated ventilation hose is primarily intended as a sound absorber and is therefore best connected directly to a ventilation system, as this is where most noise is produced.
